There are loads of overseas doctors working in CBH which makes for a very active social scene. Work is relaxed but full of weird and wonderful tropical diseases / late presentations of pathology. 
Accomodation is easily obtained and generally of a very high standard. Quality of life is excellent if you can tolerate blistering heat and hgh humidity. Proximity to rainforest and reef a massive bonus. 
Thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely go back.
