I'm having similar issues - but I am planning to work in Aus for 9 months then travel for 3 months round the world. Wasn't sure what insurance I should get? Especially as I'll need to get it now I'm still in the UK, as this is where I would like to be repatriated to if anything went wrong - would packbackers insurance cover me?

Would be grateful for any advice
