where the rainforest meets the beach and you get to swing through the trees on zip-line style contraptions, hung upside down etc etc and get to have an eco lesson at the same time - what better way to spend a few hrs

It was good for a bit of fun, but if you are going up to cape tribulation make sure you do it when the weather is good, and you can go snorkelling and diving.
We went when the weather was crap, and there wasn't much else to do.

And don't stay at PK's. It's the only place to really go drink and party, but for a fairly nice place to stay go somewhere else.
