Are there any overseas bank receiving charges? The Australian Dollar surged to an 11 year high against Sterling in April after Australian consumer price inflation rose to its highest level since 1991 and Sterling continued to come under pressure from the effects of the credit crunch. When HiFX send payments they endeavour to cover the receiving charges this end, however, in the event that a client is charged they will arrange a full refund (in Sterling equivalent) upon proof in the form of a bank statement. Note: this does not include charges incurred where the funds being sent are in a different currency than the destination bank account. |
