Shipping Delivery Options E-mail
Seven Seas Worldwide has a number of delivery options to suit your own specific circumstances. The most popular option is to send your personal possessions door-to-door by sea. Please note that shipping by sea will take around 12 weeks. A little bit of planning and organisation is often required. Members of the Travelling Doctors community will receive automatic reminders and assistance getting through the entire process. Below you find an overview of the shipping options available.

Door-to-Door - The 'Door-to-Door' service takes a consignment from the door of the building at the collection address to the door of the building at the destination address. The consignment will have been cleared through the 'Customs Authorities' and the relevant 'Environmental Agencies'. Seven Seas provides Important Documentation for you to complete and allow Seven Seas to clear your consignment. Seven Seas is unable to provide in-depth advice on specific Customs issues including duty and excise on items that you may be sending but we will assist you in contacting the correct authorities.

Door-to-Depot
- The 'Door-to-Depot' service takes a consignment from the door of the building at the collection address to the depot/warehouse closest to the airport or sea port specified by you. The consignment in contrast to 'Door-to-Door' is NOT cleared through 'Customs Authorities' and the relevant Environmental Agencies. Seven Seas provides Important Documentation, excluding the Customs Forms, for you to complete. All orders must be secured with a deposit. (this is not an extra charge and is deducted from your final invoice). Deposits are non refundable.

We deliver Monday to Friday (Saturday delivery also available in some locations).

Please allow 2 working days notice to arrange the collection of your packed cartons / cases / items. Collection days are the same as for delivery. Please advise us of any additional items ie golf clubs, guitars, computers. The time to transport your items internationally will be determined by the service you choose. Please see our 'Instant Price Guide' for indicative service transit times. Please allow up to 2 weeks after this for port clearance. If using our 'Door to Depot' service we will supply you with all the relevant details of the clearing agent.

We will re deliver your items once payment and international governmental processes (ie Quarantine, MAF etc) are cleared. We can redeliver your items safely to your door any day between Monday and Friday and even Saturdays in some areas (Note redelivery applies to 'Door-to-Door' service only)
