Before you leave for Australia, buy a multi-plig board and pack it in your suitcase. When you arrive in Australia, plug the multi board plug into the adaptor (or change it's plug to an Australian plug) . You then have a plethora of  "home"  sockets  without having to buy heaps of international adaptor plugs
