What people say about Thinking Mortgages

Why should I re-mortgage E-mail
People remortgage for a number of reasons.
  1. The deal that they had with their bank or building society has finished and they find themselves paying a higher interest rate which is normally the lenders Standard Variable Rate (SVR). There are lots of remortgage deals out there which may find you paying less that the SVR.
  2. You might want to remortgage to release capital inorder to consolidate some debts before you head to Australia. This means that you are not worried about repaying your credit card or loans whilst you are working overseas
  3. You might want to release some capital to cover the cost of getting to Australia to work or even a holiday on the way there or on the way back or even to buy a car out there. Whatever you decide to use the cash for, it is entirely up to you.
