It will cost you nothing to talk to us and there is nothing to pay up front but the reality of it is that there are ALWAYS fees to pay when remortgaging - we are just upfront about it!!! As long as you can provide us with all the required documentation, we will handle EVERYTHING for you. Our job is to make remortgaging, purchasing or capital raising as easy as possible – we deal with your existing mortgage lender, the new mortgage lender, the lawyer and of course yourselves - which is probably why we get so many recommendations from our clients. Members of the Travelling Doctors Community pay a discounted fee of £450 however this can be included in the remortgage so you don't actually have to hand over any money.
