All prices are in Australian dollars and include the Australian Federal Governments 10% Goods-and-Services-Tax (GST). Foreign customers are not required to pay Australian GST and therefore pay ten elevenths (10/11) of the listed price on this website. Foreign customers are however, liable for any customs charges or duties payable on the goods when they enter their country of residence.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Faulty products must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase and must be accompanied by their original invoice/ receipt. Please note, however, that refunds or exchanges can only be given on products that are either faulty or still in resaleable condition and that are wholly contained in their original packaging. If any or all of the returned goods are damaged upon receipt by us (in excess of their original described fault), we will regrettably have to return them to you. We regret that postage costs are not refundable.

Our returns policy is governed by the Australian Trade Practices Act (1974). You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different from the sample shown or do not do what they are supposed to.
